Step into Christmas at The Willow Room, where the season’s magic comes alive in every corner. Enjoy a cosy, festive atmosphere filled with twinkling lights, joyful creativity, and enchanting Christmassy crafts to delight makers of all ages


Saturday 6th December - Christmas Crafting with Surprise Guest

Sssssh!

Help us make this event a magical one! We'd like to invite you to tell your child they are coming to The Willow Room to do some fun Christmassy Crafting . Then half way through the session there will be a surprise visit from Father Christmas , who will read the children a story. Each child will have an opportunity to speak to Father Christmas and receive an early Christmas gift making for a magical start to the festive period.


Friday 12th December -7:30pm - 9:30pm- Make your own macrame angel decoration. BYOB

In this session you will learn some of the basic techniques used in macrame to create your very own Christmas Angel. Refreshments will be included but please feel free to bring your own tipple if you would like to. 

No experience is necessary, all materials will be provided.

This is aimed at adults . However older teens may also like to take part.


Saturday 13th December - Tiny Hands and Messy Makers

Christmas Tea-light Holders

ages 5- 10 approx. session lasts 90mins approx 

It's messy time! Children will be using paints, pva glue, glitter and lots of other wonderful crafty bits and bobs to create their very own Christmas tea-light holder. 

All materials will be provided including a battery operated tea-light for the children to operate safely.

While aprons will be available - you are advised to wear clothes that you don't mind getting messy.

Refreshments provided for our creative minds as well as waiting adults. 


Sunday 14th December -  Family Fun .
Christmas Snow globes and Tea-light Holders.

Ages 5+ All the family can come along and join in.

Whether you chose to make a snow globe or a tea-light holder - there will be a variation on the design that suits your ability level. All materials will be provided.

Please note - hot glue will be in use during this session. It remains the adults responsibility to operate the glue guns on behalf of younger children and to supervise older children. Instruction on their use will be given on the day. 

Refreshments provided.

The Willow Room is easily accessible by bus and is a short walk from Farsley Town Street.

There is ample parking on site.


The Willow Room is on the ground floor of Riding House.

Due to the age of the building , some of the doorways are quite narrow and may not be wide enough for a wheelchair to pass through. 


The Willow Room has it's own toilet.
