By booking tickets, you agree to the terms & conditions and privacy policies set by:
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
1. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled.
2. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered tickets at any rescheduled event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, a refund of the face value of the ticket plus any applicable booking fee paid.
3. The promoter (Thrive Events Ltd) reserves the right to alter or vary the programme of an event without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
4. Requests for refunds covered by clause 2 should be made in writing to hq@thriveevents.co.uk within 7 days of being notified of the event cancellation. We cannot accept refund requests after this time.
5. Charity donations and ticket refund protection are non-refundable.
6. Delivery/handling fees will only be refunded where the delivery or handling service has not already been fulfilled by Bookitbee or Thrive Events.
7. Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser or to the original credit card used for the purchase.

The LIVE IT Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to bookings made using the LIVE IT platform.
