It is important to note that you must purchase all your guest tickets at the same time as you are booking your free student ticket.

Please note that recording and photography will be in place at all graduation ceremonies.

This is the online booking system to book tickets for your guests to attend your degree congregation.  Every guest will require a guest ticket to be allowed entry into the venue, these can be purchased here using your University of Bolton e-mail account. We will let you know should extra tickets become available by myBolton and email, your patience is appreciated during this time.

Your student ticket is free of charge and will be available for collection on the day of the degree congregation at The Greater Manchester Business School (GMBS), University of Bolton. We do not send student tickets by post or by any other method.

Guest tickets are £15.00 per person, this includes a seat, a souvenir brochure and a drink at the drinks reception if you have expressed an interest to attend when booking your tickets.

Please purchase e-tickets using your University of Bolton e-mail address (for example SBW1MPO@bolton.ac.uk) and print them prior to your degree congregation.  If you do not have access to a printer please bring confirmation of your booking in electronic format and further instructions will be given on the day.  Please note that guest registration will be quicker if you are able to bring printed e-tickets. 

Degree ceremonies are formal occasions and are not suitable for children under the age of six who might struggle with the length of the ceremonies. Guests with children are able to watch the ceremony in our Livestreaming Lounge at the Albert Halls. There is no charge to watch the ceremony in the Livestream Lounge.  

The Livestreaming Lounge is located in the Albert Halls where children are free to move around, and are still able to join in the celebrations. Livestream Lounge tickets will be issued to guests with children on arrival at the Albert Halls. 

Children over the age of 6 are permitted to sit in the ceremony hall with an accompanying adult, and they must have a guest ticket to do this.
