**All Student and Guest tickets must be purchased at the same time**

Live recording and photography will be in place at all graduation ceremonies.

This is the online booking system to book tickets for you and your guests to attend your degree congregation. Every guest will require a guest ticket to be allowed entry into the venue, these can be purchased here using your University email address. We will let you know should extra tickets become available by the myBolton app and email, your patience is appreciated during this time.

Your student ticket is free of charge and will be available for collection on the day of your ceremony from The Greater Manchester Business School (GMBS). We do not send student tickets by post or by any other method.

Guest tickets (including children from the age of 6) are £15.00 per person, this includes a seat, a souvenir brochure and a drink at the drinks reception if you are attending this.

Please purchase tickets using your University email address (for example SBW1MPO@bolton.ac.uk) and print them prior to your degree congregation. If you do not have access to a printer, please bring confirmation of your booking in electronic format and further instructions will be given on the day. Please note that guest registration will be quicker if you are able to bring printed tickets. 

Please do not purchase a guest ticket for children under 6 as they will NOT be allowed entry, and a refund will NOT be issued. 

Child Attendance Policy

• Children under the age of 16 years old must be supervised at all times
• Children under 6 are not permitted in the ceremony hall
• A live stream is available nearby for families with young children (3 tickets per student)
• Children in the live streaming room must be accompanied by an adult at all times

**If some ceremonies reach capacity, you may be allocated to a new ceremony. If this happens you will receive an email with full details.**
