When booking an event with the University of Glasgow you are reserving a place at the event and signing up to these terms and conditions. You will receive an automated email to confirm your booking and, if there is a cost associated with the event, confirmation of your payment.

By completing an online event booking you are indicating you will attend an event organised by the University of Glasgow. Places on events are booked on a first-come first-served basis. It is essential that all guests pre-book places at an event. The University of Glasgow reserves the right to prevent guests from attending an event which has not been pre-booked.

If an event is full you may be added to a waiting list for this event. In the event of a cancellation, the University of Glasgow may contact you. 

The duration and location of the event will be specified in the event description for that event.

We will not keep or distribute any information provided on the registration pages. Any data we gather in the booking questions is collected to demonstrate the number and type of people who attended the performance, and will not be reused or made public outside of this remit.
