This event brings together Research Managers and Administrators from across sub-Saharan Africa and the UK to develop their  skills and develop professional networks. Featuring a programme built around the identified needs of attendees at a similar event run in 2019, this workshop is designed to be responsive, inclusive and participatory. The workshop is built around facilitated sessions, where all attendees are expected to participate and share their experience and best practice - this is not about one group teaching another how to do their job, but instead an opportunity for knowledge exchange and active engagement.
