What you need to know

The Glasgow Knowledge Exchange Fund (GKE) is an internal investment fund established by the University to support UofG research staff to deliver a wide range of high-quality knowledge exchange activities and impact generation from UofG research.

This is an in-person workshop for members of staff applying to the GKEF Spring 2025 Call. The aim of the workshop is to support prospective applicants in their application to the GKEF by providing a more in-depth discussion on project ideas as well as impact evaluation and capture plans.

The ARC is within a walking distance from Hillhead and Kelvinhall Subway Stations, as well as Kelvingrove Museum and Gallery. Nearby bus stations are located on Byres Road, Dumbarton Road, and Church Street.

There is step-free access to Level 2, the publicly accessible ground floor.

Accessible and ambulant toilets are available throughout the building, as are gender neutral toilets. Changing Places toilet located on Level 1, our lower ground floor and you may ask reception for support.

Baby feeding and changing facilities are available on Level 2. This includes access to a fridge, microwave, bottle warmer and sink.

Assistance dogs are welcome! Water bowls can be provided at Reception.

The closest Blue Badge parking bay is located on University Place. Please contact ARCEnquiries@glasgow.ac.uk should you need to arrange accessible drop-off and parking immediately next to the ARC.

All microphones in the building work in conjunction with an infrared hard of hearing system.
