Booking Conditions

• Receipt of all booking forms will be acknowledged.
• The closing date for all applications is two days before the advertised date of the event.
• Applications will be dealt with strictly in order of receipt.

Cancellations

The University of Glasgow is not responsible for non-attendance by the delegate due to travel problems.

In the event of overbooking, a full refund, where applicable, will be made.
