  1. Locate the Main Building: This is the large building with the clock tower.
  1. Find the South Entrance: Enter the building from the south entrance, directly below the clock tower.
  1. Follow the Signs: Go through the glass doors, turn right, and take the stairs to the left. The Senate Room is at the end of that corridor.
