BLM Virtual Event

Thank you for signing up to the Black Lives Matter Virtual Event.

By signing up to this event you are declaring that you are fit and healthy enough to complete the event type you choose.

Should you have any doubts you are to check with your Dr before completing the event.

By signing up for this event you are agreeing to do so under your own risk, we recommend you plan your route beforehand.  Any injuries or loses occurred during this event are not the responsibility of the event, nor shall the organisers accept any responsibility.

You are declaring that all monies will be paid in the Black Lives Matter, via details below no later than 4 weeks after you have completed your event.

Should you be unable to complete the event in the timeframe given please speak go the organisers to agree an extension, you cannot transfer your place nor can will refunds be awarded.

Medals are ordered in batches, once they arrive they will be forwarded periodically.

Should you have any questions please speak got the organisers via Email immediately.

All data will be stored for administration use, no data will be forwarded or viewed except for individual circumstances.

You will be asked and required to provide written authority in order for all photos to be used, your images will not be used unless express permission is given to do so.
