Two supplementary training sessions will be held in July covering the new regulatory changes affecting absences including those linked to the gender pensions gap under the Access and Fairness amendments.

In this webcast we'll be covering; 

• Child‑Related Leave - treatment of maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave within the scheme
• Authorised Leave of Absence (<15 Calendar Days) - how short‑term authorised absences impact pensionable service and contributions.
• Authorised Leave of Absence (>15 Calendar Days) - contribution rules, assumed pensionable pay, and employer responsibilities for longer  periods of authorised absence.

The webcasts will last approximately 30 minutes and you'll be able to ask questions during the session via a live text chat.
