Need some help dealing with individual blocks and quarantines then please book a surgery session with your Employer Pension Fund Representative (EPFR), the original email notifying you of your blocks and quarantines will have come from your EPFR.

Before booking please ensure that your processes are in the correct work tray, your browser is set to 150% and you have watched our previous webinars on blocks and quarantines.

To check who your EPFR is please login to the Employer Portal and select pay location details tab down the left hand side.
