Welcome to our employer webcast series - a selection of bitesize virtual meetings for employers in West Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Hounslow and Barnet Pension Funds. In this webcast we'll be looking at the employer duties processing pension statement blocks & quarantines. 

• Each year we carry out a process to produce Annual Pension Statements, we use the information you send to us from monthly postings to produce these
• Often there may be a query on the member record which stops the statement being produced
• Our system will generate a set of queries referred to as blocks and quarantines, these are visible to you via our portal
• Employers must review these cases and provide further information so that statements can be produced accurately or alternative actions are carried out
• This is a critical process as the Pension Regulator sets stringent timescales for the production of these statements
