By purchasing tickets for the Who Dares Cares Charity Ball, you agree to the following:

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organiser. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

This is a formal event and appropriate dress is required. The organiserer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.

Guests may be photographed or filmed during the event. By attending, you consent to the use of any images or footage for promotional purposes.

All proceeds from the event support the charitable work of Who Dares Cares. While every effort will be made to deliver the advertised programme, organiser reserves the right to make changes to speakers or entertainment if necessary.

Please inform us of any dietary requirements in advance. The organiser cannot guarantee accommodation of requests made on the day.
