Covid restrictions for Sunday 27th June 
For the comfort and safety of all concert goers, the following arrangements will be in place - 


    Tickets should not be printed and entry will be granted by quoting the booker’s name, or if you prefer displaying the ticket on a mobile device.

    You will be allocated an arrival slot by surname to allow for social distancing

    Masks will need to be worn throughout the concert.

    Seating will be arranged to allow for socially distanced bubbles of single or double seats. Double seats will be for audience members from the same household, which can be extended for up to six people from the same household, purchased in single or double units.

    In order to reserve tickets for an extended bubble of more than two and up to six people, please book in the normal way and confirm in writing via an email to info@winchelsea-arts.org.uk

    Double tickets can also be reserved by those from single adult households who would like to attend with their support bubble. 

    The concert will last for just over 60 minutes and the two halves will be separated by a short pause during which you will be asked to remain seated. 

    Wine will be served at the door and ticket holders will be required to take their seats as soon possible after their arrival.

    Toilet facilities will be severely limited due to social distancing regulations.

    Concert goers will be asked to remain in their seats during the short pause.
