Bookings

Booking confirmation will be sent to you immediately and a reminder no later than one week before the event.

If you have not received an email confirmation within 24 hours of making the online booking, please contact the events team at info@wescotland.co.uk.

If you have any problems or queries with your booking, please email the events team at info@wescotland.co.uk.

Payment terms and conditions

All bookings must be paid prior to the event taking place. We accept payment by debit or credit card.

On the rare occasion that we agree to an invoicing process, invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date. Where an invoice is issued less than 7 days prior to the event, payment must be made before the event date.

Transfers & cancellations

If you cannot attend the event, you can transfer your place to another individual by contacting the us by email info@wescotland.co.uk.

We do not offer refunds after tickets have been purchased however the ticket holder may send a suitable replacement by emailing the name, and email address to info@wescotland.co.uk

If you can no longer attend the event please email info@wescotland.co.uk to cancel your booking.

No refunds available on cancelled tickets.

We reserve the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration and venue of the event or other details governed by any ticket in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances, including (without limitation), Force Majeure, safety and security concerns or decisions from any Authorised Person or other competent authority. In the event of such alteration, we will not be liable to the ticket holder or any other person for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such alteration.

Tickets are sold subject to our right to alter or vary the published event programme without notification which may result in changes to the times or any other aspect of the event. We reserve all rights in this regard.

Women’s Enterprise Scotland accepts no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control resulting from an act of God, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.

If in the unlikely event we must cancel the event, our liability is limited to a full refund of the event ticket only less the booking fees and any other charges which we cannot recover. Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred should the event be rescheduled or cancelled.

Promotion

Women’s Enterprise Scotland reserves the right to film, record or photograph any all aspects of the event for post event purposes. Guests are advised that this may result in inclusion of guests within any recording or photographs.

Data Protection

If you book Tickets with us, we will hold your name, email address and other personal data in our database, subject at all times to our Privacy Policy. If you wish to make any requests regarding your personal data, please email us.
