Wood Green, The Animals Charity, Godmanchester, United Kingdom
The
Charity was first opened in 1924 by Miss Louisa Snow in London. Since then,
Wood Green has continued to grow by opening more centres and helping even more
animals in need.
Today, Wood Green has four centres in London, Heydon, Godmanchester and Northampton and continues, as it has done for the last 90 years to work towards this vision:
So, to celebrate 90 years of Wood Green, The Animals Charity we will be holding a magnificent Gala Dinner at the restaurant in our very own Godmanchester Centre.
This will be taking place on the 13th November 2014, and as the charity began in 1924, our theme will be taking on the spectacular 1920s period.
From the moment you enter, you will be immersed in all things 1920s - with fantastic entertainment and some brilliant music as well as the opportunity to see how Wood Green has progressed over the years. You will be treated to a champagne reception, complimentary bottles of red and white wine on your table and our talented chefs have put together a wonderful 4-course meal.
Prices are £65 per person. Dress code: black tie / 1920s attire optional
~ Complimentary bottles of red and white wine for the table
~ You will be contacted to make your menu choices at a later date
