By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Tickets and Admission:

a) All tickets are subject to availability.

Refund Policy:

a) In the event of cancellation by the organizers, a refund will be issued for the ticket price paid, minus any ticket processor fees.

b) Force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of nature, terrorism, or government restrictions, may prevent the event from taking place. In such cases, refunds may not be provided.

c) Refunds will not be issued if the purchaser decides not to attend the event.

d) Ticket date changes may be accommodated subject to availability. However, this option is not guaranteed, and changes will only be allowed if seats are available for the desired date at the time of the request.

e) Any refund requests or ticket change requests must be submitted within the specified time frame, as determined by the organizers, namely, before noon on August 11, 2023. After that, we will strive to accommodate you, but any changes will be best-effort.

Event Changes:

a) The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including but not limited to the performers, schedule, or venue. Such changes will be communicated to ticket holders via the contact information provided during the ticket purchase process.

Code of Conduct:

a) All attendees must comply with the event rules and regulations, as communicated by the organizers or venue staff.

b) Any individual who violates the event rules or engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior may be removed from the premises without refund.

Liability:

a) The organizers and venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal belongings that may occur during the event.

b) Attendees participate in the event at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their actions.

Intellectual Property:

a) The event may be recorded, photographed, or filmed by the organizers or authorized third parties. By attending the event, you consent to the use of your likeness, image, or voice for promotional purposes without any compensation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

a) These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
