Supporting Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, we are looking for volunteers to join our team on Sunday 12 July 2026 to help make the first Race for the Wild 13K a success.
The 13km road race will start at People's Park, St Helier, at 9.00am with runners finishing at Jersey Zoo, Trinity.
Volunteers will need to check in at People's Park at approx 7.30am, and we anticipate all volunteers will be finished by 11.30am.
Volunteers are vital to the safety and smooth running of the race. Roles include route marshaling, with volunteers dropped at key junctions, briefed on race morning, and provided with full information packs in advance. Plus, enjoy a breakfast box on race day!

Exact locations around the course will be sent when finalised. A detailed information pack will be sent to all volunteers to help prepare them for the event.
We will ask all volunteers to check in at Event HQ at Peoples Park (marquee on the grass) on race morning.
