BTC is bringing you Competitive Teens the opportunity to workout alongside and to be coached under the watchful eye of some of the top CrossFitters in the UK. You may also want to attend this camp if you are just looking to improve skills and fitness, and workout with your peers!

This one-day training camp will be held at the fantastic Peak Performance in Liverpool, home to CrossFit Games 2017 3rdplace medalist Reece Mitchell. With a capacity of 25 athletes, book now to secure your space at the camp!

The day will be full of workouts, the priority being how to compete to your optimal performance level, bringing out the best in yourself in training with some expert advice from our top-level athletes and coaches. There will also be some nutrition and psychology chats in between, to cover all aspects of performance.

As always, our priority is the athletes! We want to provide you with the best experience possible. The cost of the camp will be £35 per athlete, this price has allowed us to host you in a bigger facility, host more athletes, and provide you with a meal on the day! Please bring your own food and snacks also, as there will be a lot of training going down!
