Go Wild Summer Holiday Club 2026

Summary of Terms & Conditions

Go Wild Summer Holiday Club is for 7-11 year olds, and 5-6 year olds if accompanied by an older sibling on the same day.

Each day runs from 8:45am until 3:30pm.

You are required to provide your child with a snack, packed lunch and water bottle each day. Please let us know about any food allergies your child has on the consent and emergency contact form provided.

During Go Wild days, participants will take part in a range of activities such as:

· survival and team challenges e.g. orienteering, fire lighting and shelter building

· recycled and natural material crafts

· exploring our beautiful nature reserve and finding out more about the creatures that live here

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Bookings for Go Wild are made via the Bookitbee website.

Once you have booked your place we will send you an additional consent and emergency contact form to complete together with an advisory sheet about ticks on our site.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

The activity programme may be subject to alteration due to weather or operational factors beyond our control.

The week is subject to minimum numbers and availability. We reserve the right to withdraw these services where we consider there are insufficient numbers to reasonably facilitate them.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so by providing us with written notice. We reserve the right to charge a £15 administrative cancellation fee per booking. No cancellation fee will be charged if Carymoor Environmental Trust cancels the session.

SAFEGUARDING AND CHILD PROTECTION

Carymoor Environmental Trust has a safeguarding and child protection policy. All staff working with children are appropriately trained and undergo an enhanced DBS check.
