This event is perfect for educators who are part of the Lincolnshire SEND Project, to gain a deeper understanding of how to effectively engage students and promote positive behaviour.

During the tour of GANF Ambergate in Grantham, you'll have the opportunity to see first-hand the strategies they use to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment. You'll also have the chance to engage in a thought-provoking talk led by experts from LEARN SEND Hub. Gain valuable insights on how to foster positive behaviour and engagement among students with special educational needs. At the facilitated visit to a setting focusing on Behaviour & Engagement, delegates will get to tour the school with an experienced practitioner who will explain what is happening and why, considering the conscious decision the setting has made around provision, engagement and resourcing. Following the tour, delegates will get to reflect on their experience and engage in training focusing on the identified need.
