This 45 minutes online information skills training will be looking at the following:

• NICE Evidence Search - and related websites including NICE Pathways and Clinical Knowledge Summaries
• BMJ Best Practice - a point of care tools accessible on the KCH intranet, at home and via a mobile App
• Oxford Medicine Online - an extensive collection of eBooks including the Oxford Textbook of Medicine, the latest Oxford Medical Handbooks  and Specialty Training series.
• Fulltext journals - accessing journal articles via your OpenAthens account

This session can be particularly useful if you are researching for patient care, undertaking a research project, reviewing departmental procedures, conducting a systematic review or preparing to write a dissertation/coursework

Please note that you will need an OpenAthens account to access the resources.  If you don't have an account, the Library Team will be able to register you for one.
