We are pleased to invite you to join us in our next webinar welcoming you to our new Interactive e-learning Programme “Being There”. This time we will be joined by former British and Irish Lion and England International Rugby Player Lee Mears. Lee will be conversing with our Chief Executive Rick Mounfield CSyP FSyI and Security Industry mental health champion Nicholas Reed FSyI during this session.

The core philosophy of the Being There programme is the belief that you don’t have to be a therapist to reach out and support another person. Being There is designed to bring essential counselling skills to everyone so that we can be more effective in our support for one another.

Being There has been received enthusiastically by both professionals and people around the world and now, thanks to the creative talents of the Olive Group team, the programme is available online as a highly engaging and interactive course.

Lee Mears has worked on coaching assignments throughout the UK, Europe, and Asia. He has applied his Elite Sporting approach to help individuals accelerate and manage personal and organisational transitions such as making the step up from a functional role to a more generalist leadership role, whilst modelling the desired changes needed in organisational culture and developing stronger presence and gravitas.
