Event Overview
As Co-Chair of the Security Institute Early Careers Network, I'm delighted to be hosting this month's webinar as part of our new monthly Thursday series, designed to give newcomers a genuine insight into the security profession. Moving away from formal presentations, these sessions feature security professionals sharing honest stories about their careers, the challenges they've faced, and what their roles are really like.
This week, we're joined by JP, Chief Executive Officer of Almara Solutions. A former British Army helicopter pilot with more than 25 years' experience in complex operational environments, JP now leads the delivery of integrated aviation solutions that support critical infrastructure protection, emergency services, and emerging security challenges. His career spans military service, strategic leadership, and advising government and industry on innovative approaches to safeguarding critical assets, offering a unique perspective on the evolving security landscape.
Whether you're
exploring your first career in security or looking to understand the many
pathways available, this session is an opportunity to hear from an experienced
leader, ask questions, and gain practical insight into where a career in
security could take you.
