This webinar is delivered by Carl Cooper, a highly experienced Tactical Incident Commander with over 20 years’ service in an NHS Ambulance Trust, responding to significant and complex incidents across the West Midlands conurbation. Carl brings extensive operational and strategic expertise, supported by advanced qualifications including an MSc in Emergency Planning, Resilience and Response (Distinction). He has completed specialist training in CBRN, NILO, JESIP, NARU/ECU, multi-agency command (Gold and Strategic levels), radiation protection, and flood and water incident management. Carl is also a Director at Prepare Plan Protect, specialists in emergency planning.
