The Front Line Operations Special Interest Group (FLOSIG) is proud to announce its collaboration with the Women's Security Society (WSS) in launching a webinar and panel discussion on the 14th of June at 12.30pm.
The WSS was re-established in July 2022, and aims to become a global network for women in the security industry. They aspire to make security an attractive career choice for women by fostering accessibility, professionalism and collaboration. Their mission is to create a supportive and inclusive environment for learning, knowledge sharing and relationship building within the industry.
June's event will be a moderated discussion between representative security professionals Rachael Zerr and Zaylie Lincoln, who will showcase the career journeys of women's careers in a frontline setting, drawing from genuine experiences that span across the world of corporate, aviation, and university campuses, through to control rooms and administration, with an exciting potential to understand the risks and challenges faced both in America and the UK for enhanced comparable analysis.
The webinar will also include a moderated panel discussion from the FLOSIG and WSS members, and allow ample time for a Q&A session aimed at the speakers themselves. This is open to all inquisitive security professionals, including members of the Security Institute, the FLOSG and the WSS.
We look forward to seeing you in what will inevitably be an informative, professional and enlightening discussion. This one is not to be missed!
