The webinar focuses on the first pillar—Governance and Leadership—and outlines three practical steps that organisations can implement immediately to begin strengthening their PerSec approach. Designed for individuals and teams who need to establish an Insider Risk Programme from scratch or who have limited resources, this session provides clarity, structure, and accessible starting points.

Speaker

Paul is a Personnel Security Consultant currently working with the National Physical Laboratory. As Co‑Chair of the Insider Risk SIG, he is dedicated to driving higher standards across the industry. His work focuses on advancing personnel security practices and supporting organisations in building effective insider risk management capabilities.
