This webinar is designed to deliver professional awareness and development on radiological source security. We will cover Threat Landscape, UK Policy and Regulation and implementation.

Speakers:

Rob McLellan works for the Environment Agency in the Nuclear & Radioactive Substances Regulation Strategy Business Team, advising on the regulation of radioactive substances, with a lead on the implementation of the updated security requirements for radioactive sources. Rob has worked for the Environment Agency and predecessor organisations for over 39 years. Rob has many years practical experience in the regulation of radioactive substances, having been a compliance inspector and team leader of the regulatory team based in Nottingham. Rob has a BSc in Biological Sciences, an MSc in Integrated Environmental Control and is a certified Radioactive Waste Compliance Adviser (RWCA). Rob is also a member of the Society for Radiological Protection (SRP).

Plus, a radiological security subject matter expert from the Home Office.
